Aiming at market demand, Xianghua Dyeing and Finishing actively organizes employees to carry out technical research and develops a dyeing structure and dyeing and finishing process for all-polyester spandex suede fabric. The treated suede fabric is breathable, moisture-permeable, soft and elastic, and draped. Good properties, light and thin texture, and has the hairy root effect of natural suede. This technical research not only solves the major problems in the production of enterprises, and creates considerable economic benefits for enterprises, but also effectively fills the gap in the market. It is widely used in luggage, shoe materials, clothing, car interiors, clean cloth, and leather soles. Cloth, high-end packaging boxes, etc. This research and development also won the second prize in the 2018 "Five Small" Innovation Competition ("Small Innovations, Small Inventions, Small Reconstructions, Small Designs, Small Suggestions" Innovation Competition) organized by the Fujian Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.
